4-part Series
2026 March 3, 10, 17 & 24 5:30-8pm

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness are the Buddha’s instructions for observing our own experience and understanding the laws of nature, or dhamma. The Buddha’s approach to mindfulness can support us to reconcile with the world as it is, allow us to find relief from suffering, and free us up to interrupt harm.
Participants are expected to attend all 4 classes. Each 2.5 hour class includes opportunities for guided and silent still and movement meditation, and a talk on how we can observe our experience through the lens of dhamma. There will be time for questions and discussion at the end of each class, and opportunity to connect with each other.
“Practicing in a group to develop mindfulness with instructions from the Buddha that leads to self awareness supports me in moving towards freedom and happiness for all beings. Please join me in my first class offering.”
